Ginger – 1 tsp

Green chili finely chopped – 1
Green coriander finely chopped – 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Paneer – 50 grams
Cashew nuts – 4 chopped
Raisins – 1 tsp
salt – as per taste

How to make Aloo-Matar Samosa
To make Aloo-Matar-Samosa, first knead the dough. For this, take all purpose flour in a bowl and add melted ghee, carom seeds and a little salt to it.
