Ingredients for Apple Kheer
Apple fruit (peeled and grated) – 2
Condensed milk – 3 tbsp
Milk – 2 glasses
Almonds chopped – 1/2 cup
Raisins – 7-8
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tablespoon (optional)

How to make Apple Kheer
To make apple kheer, first take a pan and put it on the gas. Add ghee to it and heat it. When the ghee melts, add chopped apple fruits and cook it on medium heat. Keep in mind that the apple is to be cooked till its water dries up completely. When the apple water dries up, turn off the gas. Now take another pan and add milk to it and boil it on medium flame. When the milk starts to boil, slow the flame and cook it for about 10 minutes for it to thicken. During this, keep stirring the milk in between.

When the milk is cooked well, then add condensed milk to it. Now increase the flame of the gas and let it cook for about five minutes. If it is sweet enough, then there is no need to add sugar. Now add chopped almonds and cardamom powder and mix it well. Now cook it for about three minutes and then turn off the gas.
Now keep the milk to cool down. When the milk cools down well, add ripe apples and raisins and mix it. In this way your Tasty Apple Kheer is ready. Keep it in the fridge for some time to cool down. After this, serve cold-cold kheer to the fasting people as a fruit food.
