Ingredients of Besan Barfi
Besan – 2 cups
Sugar powder – 3 cups
cardamom powder 1 tsp
Desi Ghee – 1 cup
Almonds, Cashews, Pistachios (chopped) – 1 cup
Nuts shavings – 1 tbsp
How to make Besan Barfi
To make gram flour barfi, first put a pan on low flame and add gram flour to it and fry it for some time. Then add ghee to it and fry the gram flour till it becomes golden. now cardamom in it
Add powder. After mixing it well in the gram flour, add chopped cashews, almonds and pistachios to the gram flour. When the nuts are mixed well in the gram flour, then add sugar powder to them and mix it well.
