Dry coconut powder – 1 bowl
Milk powder – 1/2 bowl
Powdered sugar – 1/2 bowl
Cardamom powder – 1/3 tsp
Red color – 1 pinch
How to make Coconut Roll
To make coconut rolls, first take coconut powder. Add milk powder, powdered sugar and cardamom powder and mix well. Now divide this mixture into two equal parts and add red food color to one part. Add milk as required and mix it well and prepare a dough. Now mash it and make it smooth. After this take a carry bag and keep the dough ball on it while making a round. After this flatten it and keep a red ball on top. After that put a carry bag on it and roll it.
