Doodh Pak Recipe: As soon as the festive season starts, it is tempting to eat different types of sweets. New sweet dishes are tried in homes. However, traditional sweets have their own special place. With the beginning of this festive season, once again the era of preparing sweet dishes in homes will start. Although sweets come from the market in most of the homes, but the tradition of making sweets in homes also remains intact. We are going to tell you the method of making one such sweet dish milk pak which can be prepared easily.
Doodh Pak is a light thick sweet. It is also very nutritious due to the ingredients used in it. Rice is also used to make it. We are going to tell you about the ingredients and method required to make it.
Ingredients for making Milk Pak
Milk – 1 liter
Rice – 1 tbsp
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Milk Pak Recipe
To make Doodh Pak, first wash the rice thoroughly. Now filter it and mix ghee in it well. Now keep them aside. Now take a table spoon of lukewarm milk and mix saffron in it and keep it aside. Now take a big vessel and put milk in it and heat it on low flame. Keep stirring the milk in between till it starts boiling. Boil the milk for 15 minutes. Now mix the cleaned rice in this milk. Mix it well with milk with a ladle. Let it cook on low flame for about 25 minutes. Keep stirring it in between.

Now add saffron-milk mixture, cardamom powder and sugar to it. Mix it well and cook on medium flame for about 15 minutes, till the sugar dissolves well in it. Now your milk pak is ready. Garnish it with almonds and pistachios and serve it when it is slightly warm.
