– 2 tsp gram dal or gram flour

How to make Lotus Cucumber Nuggets

To make Lotus Cucumber Nuggets, first wash the lotus cucumber thoroughly. After this peel it and cut off its stalk and remove it. Now wash it again. Cut the lotus cucumber into pieces. After this, keep a pan on the gas and keep a cup of water warm in it. Now put pieces of lotus cucumber in water and boil it. After this, take gram dal and after roasting it, grind it coarsely. If you want, you can also take gram flour. Now mash the pieces of lotus cucumber in a bowl. Also, peel the boiled potatoes and mash them or grate them. Add ground gram dal and all purpose flour to it. Now add mango, red chili, coriander powder, ginger, green chili and coriander leaves to it. Mix all these things well. Now make round balls from this mixture and press it slightly with your hand. Similarly prepare more nuggets.
