Cucumber (chopped) – 1/2 cup
Green chutney – 1 tbsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Date-tamarind chutney – 1 tbsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Black salt – 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – as per taste

How to make Fruit Chaat

To make Fruit Chaat, first take a deep-bottomed bowl. Add chopped apple, pineapple, pomegranate seeds, cucumber, papaya and banana pieces to it. Now mix them well. Now add red chili, cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt to this mixture. Mix all these well with fruits. After this add date-tamarind chutney and salt to it.
