Mawa – 1/2 cup
Milk – 1 cup
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Almonds chopped – 10
Cashews chopped – 8
Raisins – 10 nos.
Pistachios chopped – 5 nos
Ground cardamom – 1 tsp
Ghee – 1/4 cup
Dry fruits – 1 tbsp
How to make Carrot Halwa
To make delicious Gajar Ka Halwa at home, first wash and wipe the carrots with clean water and peel them. After that grate it. Now put a wok on the gas and add milk to it, add grated carrot and let it cook on medium flame. During this, keep stirring the milk and carrots with the help of a spoon. When the carrot water dries up and the milk thickens and mixes well, then add sugar and ghee to the carrot and mix it well.
