Corn Flour – 2 tsp
Green chilies chopped – 4
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper ground – 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Green coriander finely chopped
Rock salt – as per taste
Oil – for frying

How to make Raw Banana Tikki
To make Raw Banana Tikki, first take a wok and put it on the gas on medium flame and heat it by adding water. When the water becomes hot, put raw bananas in it. Keep in mind that bananas have to be put in the water only with the peel. After this boil the bananas well in water. Do this process till the bananas become soft. Now take a bowl and remove the peel of bananas that have become soft and keep it in it. After this mash all the bananas well.
Now add cornflour, lemon juice, garam masala, coriander powder and chili powder and mix it well. When this mixture is well prepared, make small balls in equal proportions. After this, give the shape of tikki by pressing them with light hands. Now take a wok and heat the oil in it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, put the prepared tikkis in it for frying. Fry the tikkis until they turn golden brown in color. Fry all the tikkis prepared in this way.
