Bajaj Chetak took a journey of 20 scooters in which each scooter covered a distance of about 3500 km. Talking about the warranty, hardly any bike manufacturer is giving such a long warranty. Revolt Intellicorp is giving a warranty of 30,000 kms every three years and 75,000 kms every five years. Revolt is also giving a warranty of 1.5 lakh kilometers every eight years in the case of Intelcorp batteries.
Bajaj also said that Chetak will be made at Chakan facility in Maharashtra and all female workers will work in it. Rajiv Bajaj said that the company has made all preparations to increase its production but it will also depend on the demand. Describing the strategy, he said that the company is ready to meet the increasing demand in the coming times. He said that in the coming time, Bajaj is also preparing to export it, because Europe is its good market.

The Bajaj Chetak gets a single sided suspension, LED headlamps with DRLs, illuminated headgear, retractable hooks, 12-inch alloy wheels, front disc brake and much more. The battery can be charged up to 80 per cent which will take just 5 hours. This new scooter was launched in Pune in January. It is expected that its ex-showroom price is expected to be from one lakh to 1.15 lakh.
