1 cups grated Gari Gola (dry coconut)
cup or as per taste powdered sugar
1 tsp ghee
½ Cup cream or milk
2 tbsp mawa lightly roasted
3 tbsp finely grated Gari Gola for rolling on laddus

How to make Coconut Ladoo (Recipe)
To make coconut laddu, first of all, take a dry gola i.e. dry coconut and grate it. (If you want, you can also use Gari’s Burra for this) Then you put ghee and grated Gari balls in a pan and fry them on low flame for a minute. After this, turn off the gas and take out the kernels in a big vessel. Now add powdered sugar to it and mix it well. Mix cream and mawa in it and mix everything well. Now make round laddus using your palm. After this, roll these laddus by keeping them separately in a tightly kept ball. Lastly, garnish the laddus with cashew-almonds. Tasty and healthy coconut ladoos are ready.
