Potato boiled – 500 grams
Water chestnut – 1 bowl
Green chilies finely chopped – 4
Rock salt – as per taste
Groundnut oil – 2 cups
Curd – 1/2 cup
How to make Falahari Aloo Pattis
To make Falahari Aloo Pattis, first take potatoes and mash them well. After that add finely chopped green coriander, ground cumin, crushed ginger to it. Mix them well. After this, add water chestnut flour to this potato mixture. Now mix all the mixture well. In this way your masala for Falahari Pattis is ready. Now make small balls in equal proportion of this mixture. If you want, let their shape remain round and if you want, keep these balls in the middle of the palms and press a little, so that their shape becomes like some oval.
