Ingredients for Nihari Mutton
6 mutton legs
1 cup oil
2 cups onion (chopped)
2 tbsp ginger
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
2 tsp salt
6 cloves
6 large cloves
8 marrow bone
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup coriander leaves
mint leaves for garnish

How to make Nihari Mutton
Heat the oil and fry the onion in it till it turns golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric and coriander powder and fry till the oil separates.
Now add cinnamon, salt, cloves and cardamom to it. Fry it and mix it and add mutton legs and marrow bone and add 6 cups of water.
-Let it boil. After that reduce the flame. Let it cook on low flame for 2 hours or till the mutton legs and marrow bones become soft.
After this, add lemon juice to it and add coriander and cook for 5 minutes more.
-Add mint leaves and serve it hot.
