According to the survey, 73 percent people considered vegetables as suitable diet for vitamin B12 while 69 percent people considered fruits suitable for meeting vitamin B12 deficiency, while both these assumptions are wrong. Actually, vitamin B12 is found in meat, fish, eggs, fortified cereals, low-fat milk, buttermilk and cheese. By consuming these things, the health of the nerves of the body will be correct.
