Ingredients for Paneer Bread Roll
Bread – 6 slices
Paneer grated – 1 cup
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder – 2 tsp
Tomato Sauce – 2 tsp
Amchur powder – 1/4 tsp
Ghee / Oil – 3 tbsp
Green chutney – 4 tsp
Salt – as per taste
How to make Paneer Bread Rolls
To make Paneer Bread Roll, first take a big bowl. Add grated cheese to it. After that add ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, garam masala, Kashmiri red chili, tomato sauce, coriander leaves, salt and other spices and mix well. After mixing well, our paneer stuffing is ready for filling. Now take the bread slices and cut off their edges and remove them. After this, roll the bread slices by making them long and thin.
