Ingredients for Paneer Masala Dosa
Dosa paste – 1 big bowl

Boiled potatoes – 3
Paneer – 1 small bowl
Onion chopped – 1
Chana dal – 1 small bowl
Dry red chili – 2
Rai – 1 tsp
Ginger (cut into pieces) – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 12-14
Salt – as per taste

How to make Paneer Masala Dosa
To make Paneer Masala Dosa, first take out the paste of the dosa in a bowl. Now start preparing the stuffing. First of all, take a wok and put it on medium flame to heat the oil. After the oil is hot, add mustard seeds to it. When mustard seeds start crackling, add dry red chilies to it. When the chili is roasted well, add onion and fry it till it becomes golden. During this, keep running the ladle. Now add chana dal in it. After frying for some time, add mashed boiled potatoes to it. Then mash the paneer and mix it in this mixture.
After this, mix ginger flakes, red chili, turmeric and salt well in this mixture. When all the things are mixed well, then add curry leaves and salt and fry them well for about 5 minutes. In this way your dosa masala will be ready.

Now take a nonstick griddle and keep it on medium flame. After the tawa is hot, pour the dosa batter and spread it in a circular shape like a cheela. When the dosa is cooked well from the bottom, pour oil around it and then turn the dosa over. After roasting in the second way, flip the dosa again and place the potato-cheese stuffing in the middle. Now fold the dosa and keep it on a plate and turn off the flame. In this way your Paneer Masala Dosa is ready for breakfast. It can be served with coconut chutney and sambar.
