Ingredients for Papdi Chaat
Maida – 200 grams
Semolina – 2 tbsp
Celery – 1 tbsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Urad dal paste – 1 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Boiled potatoes – 2
Mix Chana – 1/2 tsp
Black salt – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Red chili – one and a half tsp
Curd – 1 cup
Sweet chutney – 1 tsp
sour chutney – 1 tsp
How to make Papdi Chaat
To make papdi chaat, first prepare the papdi. First of all, take all purpose flour in a bowl. Add semolina, carom seeds and salt to it. After mixing well, add some oil to it. Now add little water and mix all the ingredients well. Now prepare its dough and roll it like roti. Now take out small pieces from this roti with the help of a circular cutter and keep it in a separate plate.
Now put oil in a pan and heat it. After the oil is heated well, then fry these small papdis in it. When the color of the papdi becomes golden brown and it looks crispy, fry it till it becomes golden brown.
Now to make Bhalla, first take the paste of urad dal and add salt to it and mix it well. Now make small balls in this paste and fry them well. Fry them till their color becomes golden brown. Now take them out and soak them in cold water for some time.
After this, to make the stuffing, first take boiled potatoes in a bowl and add salt, red chili and mix it well. Now take a small bowl of black gram and mix black salt in it. Now take another bowl and mix curd and some sugar in it. Now spread the papdis in a plate and place the previously prepared Bhalla in it. Now put potato and gram mixture on top.

Sprinkle cumin powder and chaat masala on it. Then add red chili powder, sweet chutney, curd and sour chutney. Now garnish it well with pomegranate and sev. In this way your papdi chaat is completely ready to serve.
