Flour – 2 cups
Boiled potatoes – 5
Onion (grated) – 2
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves – 1/4 bowl
Coriander-cumin powder – 1 tsp
Green Chili Paste – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Red chilli – 1 tbsp
Maggi masala – 2 sachets
Oil – 3 tbsp
Ghee/oil – for frying
Salt – as per taste

How to make Aloo Paratha
To make Aloo Paratha, first take flour in a vessel, add 3 tbsp oil and salt and mix it well. Then add water to it and knead soft dough. After kneading the dough, cover it with a little oil and leave it like this for 15 minutes. Now to prepare potato masala, take a separate vessel and take potatoes in it and mash it well. Then add other spices including onion, garlic ginger paste, coriander leaves, green chili paste, turmeric to it. Now add salt as per taste and mix it well.

Now make equal quantity of the mixture and make balls. After this, knead the kept dough again well. Now make the same number of dough balls as the spice mixture was made. After this, take a ball of dough and roll it with light hands by putting a pan on it. Do not roll it too thin. Now place the dough of the spice mixture in the center of the roti and pack it by folding it from all sides. If you want, you can remove the extra flour.

Now flatten the prepared dough by pressing it with your palm. Now put a little dry flour on it and roll it with light hands. Now take a griddle and keep it on medium flame. Apply some ghee/oil on it.
