Ingredients for Dry Fruits Sabudana Kheer

Sabudana – 100 grams
Milk full cream – 1 liter
Sugar – 100 grams (according to taste)
Cashew – 10-12 nos.
Raisins – 10-12 nos.
Pistachios – 10-12 nos.
Small cardamom – 4 to 5

How to make Dry Fruits Sabudana Kheer
To make Sabudana Kheer with dry fruits, first take sabudana and keep them soaked in water for some time first. Keep in mind that sago swells, in such a situation, use small grained sago. Now take a big vessel and put milk in it and heat it. While the milk is heating up, finely chop cashews, almonds, pistachios. When the milk comes to a boil, put the soaked sabudanas in it. Now cook sabudana in milk. During this, keep stirring the kheer with a spoon. Do this until the milk comes to a boil again.
