Paneer – 250 grams

Cumin – 1 tsp
Ginger – 1 tbsp
Tomato puree – 1 cup
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Red chili – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
Green chilies finely chopped – 3
Salt – as per taste
Crushed Paneer
Green coriander – 2 tbsp
Water – 1/2 cup
Butter pieces – 2

How to make Shahi Paneer
To make Shahi Paneer, first take a wok and put it on medium flame and heat ghee in it. Take care that it does not burn. Now add cumin seeds to it. When cumin starts crackling, add ginger to it and fry for some time. Now add tomato puree to it and let it cook on low flame. Now add coriander, red chili, green chili, turmeric and salt to it. Now add some crushed paneer and water. Now let the whole mixture come to a boil. Let it cook on medium flame while adding water. Now put the pieces of paneer in it and mix them well with the gravy and cover them.
