Banana Chips Recipe
To make banana chips, first peel the raw banana. Peel it in such a way that the green part of the banana is completely removed. Then take water in a big bowl and put rock salt (which is eaten in fasting) in it. After this, with the help of knife or chips cutter, cut thin slices of banana and keep putting them in this water. So that the banana slices do not turn black. When all the bananas are cut, then keep these slices in water for about 10 to 15 minutes. After this, take out the cut banana slices from the water and spread them on a paper or cotton clean cloth. So that their water dries up well.
Now turn on the gas and put the pan on medium flame and heat the ghee in it. Then put the banana slices in this ghee and fry them till they become crispy. After this, remove these chips from the pan and mix black pepper powder and rock salt in them. If you like to eat amchur powder during fasting, then you can use it in chips for a slight sourness. But this is completely optional. Crispy, tasty and healthy banana chips are ready to eat during fasting.
