one tablespoon coriander powder

one teaspoon black pepper powder
one teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
one teaspoon turmeric powder
one tablespoon garam masala powder
one tablespoon oil
salt to taste
coriander leaves
two spoons ghee
a mace
two cardamom
two green cardamoms
two cinnamon

How to make Jackfruit Biryani
Firstly, heat oil in a pan on low flame. Add onion to it and fry till it becomes golden. After frying the onions, fry cashews and almonds for a while. After this, fry the jackfruit in oil too. While roasting the jackfruit, mix all kinds of powder in it. Add onion, cumin powder, black pepper, saffron, red chili powder etc. Add ginger-garlic paste and lemon juice and mix. Take it out. Now make a layer of rice and place half the jackfruit on top of it. After this make a second layer. After that let it stay on low flame till it gets cooked.

The second method of making Jackfruit Viryani is also good. Put jackfruit in a bowl. Add ginger-garlic paste, salt, red chili powder and curd over it and mix. Cover it and keep it for two hours. Now take ghee in another vessel. Add marinated jackfruit to it. Start cooking it on low flame. Add garam masala to it. Now add soaked rice and pour hot water. If you want, make a layer of rice. After this, take the kneaded dough in the pan and seal it. Cook for 20 minutes on low flame. Take out the viryani and serve it with raita or chutney.
