Maida – 2 cups
Cabbage finely chopped – 1 cup
Grated Paneer – 1/2 cup
Onion finely chopped – 1
Green chili finely chopped – 1
Capsicum finely chopped – 1
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – as per taste

How to make Veg Spring Rolls
To make Veg Spring Rolls, first take all purpose flour in a big bowl and mix baking soda in it and take the bark. Now add water and prepare a thin and smooth batter. It will take about one and a half cups of water to prepare this solution. Now cover this solution and keep it for an hour. Now prepare the stuffing for the rolls. For this, first put oil in a pan and let it heat up. During this, keep the gas flame on medium. When the oil becomes hot, add onions and green chilies and fry for 2 to 3 minutes and then add cabbage, chopped capsicum and grated cheese and fry them well for at least three minutes. Now add black pepper, soy sauce and salt as per taste. Mix it well in the stuffing. Your stuffing is ready.

Now take a nonstick tava (griddle) and put it on low flame and put some oil in it. After this, pour a spoonful of maida solution on it and spread it like a dosa. When the color of its upper surface changes and its edges start leaving the pan, then take it out in a plate. With this method prepare all the wrappers one by one. When all are ready, place each one in a plate and spread it thinly by stuffing 2 spoons of stuffing in it. Now while rolling the stuffing from the wrapper, give it a slight twist from both the right and left sides.
Afterwards, close the roll from all sides by folding it from the top side. Now your veg springing roll is ready. Prepare the rolls one by one and decorate them in a plate. When all is ready, you can fry it on the pan. If you are fond of more oil then they can also be deep fried. When the rolls are completely ready, serve them hot with chutney and sauce.
