Breathe in while taking the legs forward and exhale while bringing them back near the chest. If you cannot move both legs back and forth simultaneously, then you can do it one by one. Similarly, do some other small exercises as well.

First of all sit on the yoga mat. After this, bend both your feet and join the soles with each other. Now hold your feet with the help of hands and try to pull them inwards. Try to make your heels touch the body. After that move the knees up and down like butterfly wings. Butterfly posture makes the leg muscles flexible and strong. Do this asana for 10 to 15 times.

After this, sitting in Sukhasana, keep your neck straight first, then look to the right and then look to the left. Then tilt it to the right. Similarly, bend the neck on the other side.
