Along with this, there will also be relief in back pain.

After that move your hands and run. Try to make a circle in the air with your hands. Do this 6-8 times. After this, spread your hands like wings. Keep both the hands straight. Keep the waist straight. Now move one hand upwards and the other one downwards. Do not swing your waist during this.
