Those who are not able to maintain balance, they can take the support of the wall. This exercise will strengthen the muscles of the legs and thighs. Do this for half or 1 minute. If you want, you can also do this by placing your hand on the waist. Slowly stop the exercise.
After this, move each of your feet forward. After this, lift one leg each. After this, slowly exhale and move forward. Do this subtle exercise daily. This also has to be done for at least 1 minute. Now stop it slowly and take a deep breath.
After that stand up straight. Join your hands and move them up. Keep the palms facing out and look in front. Take your hands above your head. Now lift your toes upwards and stretch. Now rest the feet on the ground and stay in the previous posture and bend to the right and left. By doing this, the problem of constipation is removed.
